Carrywater’s new Board of Directors

As of the beginning of the year the company will be run by a new Board of Directors. Mr Paweł Biarda, so far the Head of Business & IT Consulting, is becoming the President of Carrywater S.A. Mr Paweł Nowak shall become its Vice President and Mr Mikołaj Walków shall be a Member of the Board of Directors. MrWojciech Woziwodzki, the founder of the company and its hitherto President, is becoming the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The enlargement of and the changes to the Board of Directors are first and foremost intended to increase the potential and the operational capabilities of the managing team.
The Supervisory Board of Carrywater Group S.A. decided to designate a new Board of the Company, which comes into office as of 1st January and consists of:
- Mr Paweł Biarda, President, responsible for the operational management of the Company as well as for consulting, interim and human resources;
- Mr Paweł Nowak, Vice President, responsible for sales and marketing and for the management of the Ventures projects;
- Mr Mikołaj Walków, Member, responsible for the management of the Company’s finances, including Group’s consolidated accounts and administrative tasks (design and optimisation of the support processes).
The new Board of Directors shall be responsible for implementing the Company’s new strategy, whose goals include extending the range of our products and services for the energy, telecommunications and financial sectors. The new Board shall also be carrying out innovative projects of the Ventures programme.
Mr Wojciech Woziwodzki, the founder of the Company and so far its President, shall becomes the Chairman of its Supervisory Board and shall thus actively support the new Board of Directors in defining and implementing Carrywater S.A.’s strategies, as well as offer his assistance to other companies of the group: Tequila Mobile, Information Market, Wisdio and NetTeam Solutions.
