My experience spans both organizational transformations and the development of modern digital platforms and operating models that support business growth.

I am a growth strategist, operator, and advisor specializing in scaling technology-driven companies across Europe. With nearly three decades of experience spanning enterpreneurship, consulting, and excutive roles, I operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial axecution. I have built, scaled, and advised companies in sectors such as SaaS, AI, EdTech, Industry 2.0, and digital platforms.

At Carrywater, I work with founders, executive teams, and investors on designing and executing growth, from market positioning and go-to-market to end-to-end transformation. I focus particularly on mid-sized companies and growth-stage organizations that require both strategic clarity and hands-on execution.

I also bring an investor perspective, having participated in transactions totaling over USD 200 million, and supporting private equity and venture capital funds n building value, scaling, and repositioning portfolio companies.

For years, I have supported organizations in delivering projects across the full spectrum of change – from business transformations and IT implementations to regulatory initiatives.

I have delivered projects across the energy, telecommunications, financial, and logistics sectors, including the development of project and portfolio management models, the growth of PMO functions, IT system implementations, and process optimization. I combine traditional and agile approaches, adapting them to the organization’s specific context, the scale of challenges, and business objectives.

As a Managing Consultant at Carrywater, I am also repsonsible for the sales of consulting services, implementation projects, and specialist outsourcing solutions. I manage the full process , from idenifying clinet needs, through proposal development and negotiations, to building long-term relationships. I am also actively involved in recruitment and close collaboration with consultants, ensuring the right match between their capabilities and the needs of our clients’ projects.

I specialize in designing and developing advanced IT systems that genuinely support key business processes within organizations. For over 15 years, I have led projects that combine technology, system architecture, and the practical operational needs of businesses.

As CEO of NetTeam Solutions, I am responsible for the development and delivery of complex technology platforms, from management systems and configurators to e-commerce solutions and dedicated tools supporting production, finance, and sales processes. My experience includes both building systems from the ground up and developing and transforming existing IT environments.

I combine technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset, actively engaging in projects to ensure that solutions are not only well designed, but above all effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational realities.

From the very beginning of my long professional career, I have been involved in projects that helped shape the direction of technology and organizational development, from pioneering system implementations to solutions that have since become market standards.

I have participated in implementations across the hard coal mining, FMCG, publishing, energy, and telecommunications sectors. I was part of the team that introduced one of the first mobile sales systems in Poland, long before the rise of modern e-commerce. For four years, as a United Nations Volunteer, I supported the development of IT applications for the government administration of a small island state in the Western Pacific.

For more than a decade, as Office Director at Carrywater, I have been responsible for the smooth operation of the organization, from settlements with clients and consultants, through participation in proposal preparation and negotiations, to agreeing cooperation terms. I also support management Board in reporting obligations, ensuring operational stability and the quality of collaboration.
