Jakub Vogtt – New Head of Consulting in Carrywater

On 19 April 2012 Mr Jakub Vogtt, so far a partner to the company, who joined the Carrywater team in January this year, became head of our Consulting Unit. Mr Paweł Biarda, who had so far been the head of consulting, became President of the Company as of 1st January.

Jakub Vogtt graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he specialised in management and marketing. He took part in numerous training courses and conferences that tackled the issues of regulated markets (telecommunications, post services, railway, energy), as well as project and risk management. PMP certified (2004-2007), he is a former member of the Association for Project Management,UK.

Mr Jakub Vogtt specialises in finance, analysis and evaluation of profitability, business plan preparation, management of IT implementation projects, verification and design of business processes and organizational structures, regulation of infrastructural industries.

As director in Deloitte, he created and headed a team of consultants providing services to the public sector and TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) companies. As a partner to Accreo Taxand, he designed from scratch a package of business consulting services.
