At Carrywater we pay a lot of attention to ensuring the best quality of the services we provide. We want to perfect ourselves continuously and keep working with Carrywater consultants to increase the level of our Customers’ satisfaction. To this end, each time we complete a project we ask the Customer for its feedback and opinions on the work of our team.
Our Customer Satisfaction Study is based on a specially designed questionnaire which includes questions on the Customer’s satisfaction with the results of Carrywater’s work and its relationship with our project manager.
We also ask our Customers for their evaluation of:
- the degree of our consultants’ commitment to project execution,
- their timeliness and communication,
- the quality of the deliverables provided by the consultants,
- our consultants’ compliance with the Carrywater Consultant’s Code of Conduct.
