The organization was executing a program composed of multiple projects of varying scale, aimed at ensuring the timely delivery of updates and changes across an integrated IT environment comprising more than 50 systems. The program included seven consecutive release cycles requiring end-to-end management of schedule and risk, from detailed analysis through build, testing, and production stabilization, while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

We ensured timely delivery and high quality of software outputs across the program. We provided expert support to the Program Manager and managed teams across scope, schedule, communication, risk, and budget. We managed schedule and risk throughout the full lifecycle—from analysis and build, through testing, to stabilization—and coordinated performance and pre-production testing activities.
