Integrated IT Environment (SOA)
Challenge
The energy corporation required the development of a concept for building an integrated IT environment based on SOA. The existing IT landscape did not provide sufficient flexibility to respond to business initiatives. The time required to implement changes and introduce new functionalities in systems was too long. Additionally, the costs of maintaining and modifying the integrated IT environment required optimization across the organization.
Solution
We developed a concept for an integrated IT environment based on SOA architecture, aimed at reducing the complexity of IT infrastructure management and enabling the flexible alignment of the IT environment with organizational processes.

- As-in analysis: assessment of the current integrated IT environment
- To-be model: design of an integrated SOA-based environment
- RFP Preparation: development of a request for proposal for solution providers
- Business case: analysis and ranking of solutions with economic justification.
As part of the project, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing IT environment, identifying key areas requiring optimization. We prepared a detailed request for proposal for vendors and carried out a professional evaluation of the submitted offers. The developed business case for the recommended solution took into account all the specific objectives of the project.
