An experienced Program Manager responsible for a series of large scale projects for leading corporations on the Polish market (including many projects with budgets over PLN 100 million). An expert in vendor management, project risk management and in building efficient communication in large scale programs.

He has been managing organization and IT projects at international retail chains (including TESCO Polska, Ahold Polska, Real Polska), and change implementation programs in the telecommunications sector, including successful implementations of next releases of integrated IT systems’ environment at Telekomunikacja Polska (CRM, billing and provisioning solutions, Contact Center) and IT projects in the oil and gas (PKN ORLEN S.A.) and energy (Energa Group) sectors.

Graduate of the Faculty of Information Science and Management of the Wrocław University of Technology, presently the Warsaw Executive MBA (Warsaw School of Economics and University of Minnesota/ Carlson School of Management).

Member of the Management Board

Specializes in managing programs and large projects, in particular in the billing and CRM area, as well as in building efficient process managed IT organization.

Has 16 years of experience and an extensive knowledge of billing and CRM systems, acquired when working for large integrators (EDS - now HP, Schlumberger-Sema - now Atos Origin, Sygnity), billing system manufacturers (LHS) and directly for clients implementing such solutions (Telekomunikacja Polska, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa, PTK Centertel).

An expert in organizing large-scale projects (several projects larger than PLN 100 million), and managing several suppliers as well as high value contracts.

Participated in many corporate trainings (EDS) on Project Management, Account Management and trainings related to Software Development Architecture. Graduate of the Electric Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology and Warsaw Executive MBA (Warsaw School of Economics and University of Minnesota/ Carlson School of Management).

Paweł Biarda, Partner at Carrywater Consulting

IT&Business Consulting Director

Has several years of experience in business and IT consulting in scope of optimization and reengineering of business processes, development and implementation of operational and strategic reporting systems. He now specializes in managing organization transformations, from early strategy to implementation. He advises members of the board of various companies, in launching and managing key projects. He specializes in customer service area (definition of optimal organization and customer-oriented processes, management of contact channels, e.g. with respect to usefulness), as well as in issues concerning the regulated markets (telecommunications, power industry).

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, following faculties: Management and Marketing as well as Quantitative Methods and IT Systems (diploma with honors). He is also a graduate of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Manchester Business School. He obtained the CPM – Association for Project Management and PMP – Project Management Institute certificates.

Project Management Director

Has more than 10 years of professional experience in areas of project management, implementation of integrated systems, software delivery process management and business consulting. His key competencies include: Programme / Project Management, delivery of integrated IT systems, management of stream leaders and their teams, risk management, Crisis Management and innovative projects.

He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology at the Faculty of Information Technology and Management. He has the Internal Auditor Certificate of Quality Management Systems.

Sebastian Zontek, Partner at Carrywater Consulting

Business Development Director

Specializes in managing large scale IT projects and business transformations. He was responsible for complex analytic projects related to the optimization of business processes in areas of customer service, sale and marketing and in projects defining CRM solutions as well as in audits of large projects.

Has many years of experience in projects performed for the telecommunications sector, as well as for the oil and gas industry and financial and FMCG sectors.

He is a graduate of Wrocław University of Technology at the Faculty of Information Technology and Management. He completed the Managerial Competencies Development Program - Management 2008 at Canadian International Management Institute in cooperation with Harvard Business School. He took a series of trainings on project management (PMI, PMP), project portfolio management, quality, sales and IT projects management.

Mikołaj Walków, Partner at Carrywater Consulting

Finance Director

Has more than 10 years of professional experience in finance, budgeting and supplier management. He managed the contract execution and budgets in large projects, also in projects exceeding PLN 100 million. As part of projects conducted, he also handled business valuation and financial modeling.

He provides consulting services in the area of projects’ finance carried out at large organizations. He conducts financial analyses of projects, companies and return on investment analyses.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics at the Faculty of Finance and Statistics. He took a series of trainings on project management (PMI, PMP) as well as analyses and valuations of investment projects.
