The company was established in 1996 as POS Experts Consulting, as a team of consultants specializing in point-of-sales systems implementation. In early years of operation, we coordinated IT system implementations for major international retailers: TESCO, Real, Ahold, TIP, PLUS Discount. We launched over 150 hyper- and supermarkets nationwide.

In 1999, the company was converted into IT Experts a limited liability company. During this time our own NetTeam workgroup collaboration platform was developed, on the basis of which we develop customer dedicated systems such as Contact Center, CRM, Workflow, CMS, HelpDesk and others.

The consulting team has been successfully managing large-scale IT projects in the telecommunication sector since 2003. We managed the implementation of integrated CRM, Contact Center, billing and service provisioning solutions, which included coordination of organization changes resulting in process automation in customer service and sales.

In 2005, the company undertook a project for the largest Polish corporation in the fuel industry. Our team was responsible for managing, supporting and consulting business and IT projects for the retail and wholesale sector.

In 2006, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of the company. The total value of investments managed on behalf of our customers exceeded 150 million EUR. At that time our competences have been recognized by companies operating in the banking and insurance sector engaging our team in strategic projects, including: defining and launching new products, support in an investment portfolio management solution selection process, building a corporate management culture through management by projects.

A change of our brand name commenced a new phase in the development of our company. As of June 15, 2007 we are operating as Carrywater Consulting.
