JUNIOR CONSULTANT – the first level of a career for graduates and persons with limited professional experience. Junior consultants work at the Project Office as Project Manager support and are responsible for one or several project management processes. As part of the Carrywater Project Management University program, Junior Consultants undergo basic trainings on project management according to Project Management Institute (PMI) standard.
CONSULTANT – a Junior Consultant after 2-3 years of work is promoted to this position, it is also offered to persons with several years of experience. This person is responsible for Project Office Management and teamwork. As part of the Carrywater Project Management University program, Consultants may confirm their qualifications in the CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification process, which is the basic PMI certificate, verifying the knowledge of project management standard.
SENIOR CONSULTANT – person on this position plays the role of a Project Manager, manages the project, coordinates and supervises the work of the project team on all project stages and is responsible for managing ongoing relations with the customer. As part of the Carrywater Project Management University program, Senior Consultants undergo advanced training on project management in conformity with PMI standards. By so doing, they prepare to acquire the Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or an MBA diploma.
MANAGING CONSULTANT – supervises the work of several project teams, coordinates and assesses both the Program and/or Projects Portfolio. His/her duties also include acquisition of new customers. The position of Executive Consultant is offered to Senior Consultants after they acquire the Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate within the Carrywater Project Management University program.
PARTNER – this position may be offered to an experienced Executive Consultant. The partner focuses on maintaining relations with existing customers, he/she is also looking for opportunities to acquire new customers. A Partner is responsible for one of the key areas of consulting. Individuals filling this position are jointly responsible for the company's strategy and coordinate its implementation. As part of the Carrywater Project Management University, the Partner may verify his/her competencies in the OPM3 (Organizational Project Management Maturity Model) certification process, pursuant to the PMI standard.
