Two articles written by Carrywater consultants appeared in the latest (July-August) issue of Harvard Business Review Poland. Holiday issue theme is “new normality” and the search for answers on how to win in a changing and complex business environment. Carrywater also tries to answer the question with an article by Katarzyna Szołtys and Marcin Trojnacki entitled “Energy management as a competitive advantage”. The authors show how companies, through optimisation mechanisms and integrated energy management model implementation, can reduce costs in area that was usually treated as unmanageable fixed cost. The article is part of consulting companies annual report, where the leading consulting companies cooperate with HBRP (among others Accenture, Ernst&Young, IBM, PwC) to show how consulting industry can support businesses  in the new times. Summer edition is closed by a case study “Key employees conflict” on which commented Olgierd Annusewicz –Advisor to Carrywater Board of Directors.
